The skill to position it. Room to expand beyond your territory. The community of 35,000 architects who recommend your brand. LOTL Infra opens that network to a few brands at a time.
LOTL Infra is not an agency. We do not sell a service. For over a decade we have worked alongside architects, at exhibitions, and on infra projects. We are sharing this with you because we foresee a potential partnership. Read on, and when a question comes up, ask it. We answer on WhatsApp.
LOTL Infra started in 2012. We work where three things meet: capital, land, and design. We invest, we build, and we connect the people who hold one to the people who hold the others.
Over the years, that circle grew to 35,000 architects and interior designers.
They have been our partners on infra projects, at exhibitions, and in publications.
Then we asked a simple question.
If this network helps architects get specified and get hired, what can it do for the brands those architects specify?
That question is why we are writing to you.
Recognition is built in rooms, not in ads. These are ours.
35,000 architects and designers in our community. They specify. A brand the architect trusts is a brand the project buys.
Strategic Partner in India for INDEX Saudi Arabia. Partner of The Pune Design Show. Your product meets the trade on our floor.
A&i Digest and our media relationships put your name in print. A publication certifies what an advertisement cannot.
Strategy, narrative, and visual language set for the premium end of the market. The face your product already deserves.
In 120 days, we give you a launch pad to put your product in front of the minds that shape the design ecosystem. All you have to do is sell it, in style. Once we are both confident in what those 120 days proved, we join hands.
We choose one milestone for the first 120 days. One clear goal, agreed up front.
The execution cost of these 120 days is yours. The strategy, the roadmap, the roles, the execution, and the work are ours.
You are expected to perform and convert business in this window. We bring the network and the sales system. The selling is yours.
The first 120 days shows us whether the brand can carry what we build for it.
If your performance earns our confidence, we offer partnership. LOTL Infra then puts its own money into your marketing and your expansion, and we grow on a revenue share basis.
You prove the business. We prove the system. After that, we back your growth with our own capital.
Five things happen inside the sprint. Each one stays with you after it ends.
We start inside your business. Pricing, channels, margins, and where your leads actually come from. The sprint is built on what we find, not on a template.
Narrative, identity, and communication set for the premium end of the market. Online and offline.
Your product moves in front of the architects who specify. Introductions made with intent, from a community 35,000 strong.
An enquiry to meeting to order system, with a process your team can run long after the sprint ends.
Territories, dealers, and the corridor. Where the brand goes next, mapped before the sprint closes.
A new look across store, product, and screen.
Moved to where higher-value buyers pay attention.
Architects brought into the showroom, in person.
A working system to capture and convert demand.
Leads from digital and from the network, not noise.
Relationships that turn into specification and repeat work.
A place on the floors where the industry gathers.
And, in cases, orders signed inside the window.
Vishnu Nair, known as Madari, began as a venture capitalist. His work has run through Pepperfry, Mayfair Housing, A&i Digest, UTV Motion Pictures, Madras Talkies, and the Times Group.
In 2024 he formalised LOTL Infra as the real estate and design arm of that work. His relationships reach founders and chairmen across India and the Emirates. LOTL Infra is where that network now works for brands.
